Service Description

Our hot classes are heated using far infra red heaters. Infrared is the direct transfer of heat from the heater to the object (you and the room around you) without heating the air in between. It is 100% safe and natural. We offer different styles of hot yoga. Vinyasa flow is on Monday, Hatha flow on Thursday evening and Sunday is traditional Hatha. Please remember to bring a towel and water.
