Yes yoga was founded in January 2018 in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community and bring yoga to Harlow We offer a variety of approaches and styles of yoga to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, yes yoga provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

Classes we offer

Hot yoga every Monday, Wednesday, Thursd

Hot Yoga

Monday 7:00pm
Wednesday 7:30pm
Thursday 7:30pm
Sunday 11:00am

Our hot classes are heated using far infra red heaters. Infrared is the direct transfer of heat from the heater to the object (you and the room around you) without heating the air in between. It is 100% safe and natural. We offer different styles of hot yoga. Vinyasa flow is on Monday night, and hatha flow is on Wednesday evening. Thursday  and Sunday is traditional Hatha. Please remember to bring water.

Yin yoga

Tuesday 7:00pm
Saturday 10:00am

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the muscles and joint areas. Everything is floor based so Yin is great for beginners and advanced, it is also good for anyone wanting to destress.

Parents are not able to attend the classes, but there are facilities inside the Latton bush centre where you can wait and have a coffee.

I believe yoga is for everybody and I wanted to create a space for people where they feel safe and comfortable to be themselves and fall in love with yoga, whatever their age size or ability. I believe i've done that with Yes yoga

I am an instructor known for my passion, dedication, caring yet dynamic instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength.
I hope to be able to share my love of yoga with you and look forward to welcoming you to my classes.

Kid's Yoga Instructor

I think anyone of any age and ability can benefit from yoga, which is why I have trained to teach both children and adults. I specialise in children’s yoga, hatha yoga and yin yoga. Yoga is not only a great way to improve physical fitness, balance and flexibility but also it has huge benefits for mental health and emotional well-being. I believe yoga is a gift which I have been given and I am keen to share this with others, of all ages. Namaste.

I began my yoga journey in early 2017 and have been coming to Yes Yoga  as a student since mid 2018.

I recently qualified as a teacher after a 200 hour YTT course at YogaLondon in Sept/Oct 2019.

I initially came to yoga for the increased flexibility, then started to enjoy the strength aspects and now it's mostly the peace of mind that comes from a regular practice.

I hope that my classes which are predominantly vinyasa flow inspired will allow my students to get some of the things yoga has given me.
